Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Right to Cancel

Under Ukrainian consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, unless the service has been fully performed with your prior consent. To exercise this right, contact us using the details below.

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We will use the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise. If the service has already started, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the part already provided.

3. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Send a cancellation request via the form below or by email to contact@dashocrest.com. Include your booking reference and reason for cancellation. We will confirm receipt and process your request promptly.

After submission, you will be redirected to a thank-you page.

4. Complaints and Consumer Rights

If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. This is the competent state authority under the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991. We aim to resolve all complaints within 30 days.
