Package Travel Protection

This page explains the insolvency protection and other rights applicable to package travel services arranged through dashocrest.com, a Ukrainian LLC. Under Ukrainian law, tour operators must be entered in the State Register of Tour Operators and provide a financial guarantee to secure prepayments.

Insolvency Protection and Prepayment Security

According to Article 5-1 of the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 324/95-VR of 15.09.1995, a tour operator must be registered in the State Register of Tour Operators and maintain a financial guarantee. This guarantee covers refunds and repatriation if the operator becomes insolvent. Licensing of tour operator activity has been abolished; registration and financial guarantee are the current requirements.

Information Before Purchase

Under Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991, you must receive clear information about the service, price, terms, and complaint procedure in Ukrainian before purchase. A solely English page may not satisfy Ukrainian consumer law.

Provider Identification

Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 requires us to publish our full legal name, registration number, location, contact email and phone, and VAT number if applicable.

Personal Data and Cookies

Processing personal data, including cookies that identify users, requires your consent and a privacy notice under Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010.
